Who we are
As the Principal and Founding Member of Workplace Integrity Group, Sam Ince has the critical expertise, broad range of experience, passionate dedication and principled approach to workplace investigations and training that leading companies require when addressing workplace misconduct. Sam is licensed to practice law in the State of California, and is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators.
What we do
Workplace Integrity Group partners with employers to proactively ensure that workplace concerns are not hiding in the shadows. We provide comprehensive training to managers and workers about how to identify, address, and respond to workplace concerns. When appropriate, we conduct end-to-end workplace investigations that are thorough, fair, and fact-based.
Investigations
Workplace Integrity Group conducts workplace investigations in accordance with the Guiding Principles For Conducting Workplace Investigations adopted by the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI). All Workplace Integrity Group Investigators have completed AWI's week-long training institute for Workplace Investigators.
