Workplace Investigations
When misconduct in the workplace is alleged, the importance of a prompt, thorough and non-biased factual assessment cannot be overstated. Aggrieved workers want to be heard. Employers want – and are legally required - to respond to workplace concerns appropriately and fairly. By engaging an independent outside investigator and ensuring a thorough, non-biased assessment of the facts, employers and their workers can continue to focus on the success of their business while ensuring that workplace concerns are addressed and resolved appropriately.
Workplace Integrity Group conducts workplace investigations in accordance with the Guiding Principles For Conducting Workplace Investigations adopted by the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI). All Workplace Integrity Group Investigators have completed AWI's week-long training institute for Workplace Investigators.
